  • Assess student needs related to emotional, behavioral, social, or family issues impacting school performance.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop intervention strategies and support plans.
  • Connect families with community resources such as mental health services, housing assistance, or food support.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
  • Advocate for students' rights and access to services , particularly those with disabilities or in crisis.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams , including IEP (Individualized Education Program) and 504 Plan meetings.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, trauma, or incidents of abuse or neglect.
  • Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution
  • Minimum one year of experience in working with children. New graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Psych experience is a plus
  • Flexible schedule
  • 15-20 hours per week
