Social Media Specialist

Overview

• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent and on-brand content.
• Develop, write, and design compelling content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other digital marketing materials.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and posting aligned with marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Assist in organizing and supporting online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Engage with followers and customers across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in managing social media crises, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to protect the company’s reputation.
• Monitor social media analytics, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and content performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and improve market positioning.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers and external agencies to ensure high-quality visual and multimedia content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend strategies to improve performance and engagement.
