- Utilise data from CRM to better target potential customers through social advertising
- Liaise with Customer Service Manager and PR team to support on social or PR issues
- Assist with ad hoc digital projects, campaigns, initiatives, or events
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience and management of brand profiles within social media including social advertising
- Excellent written communications skills
- Experience using Brandwatch or similar social media monitoring tools
- Experience utilising data from CRM platforms to improve targeting of social media campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and can do approach
- Solid organisational and prioritising skills
- Full of initiative with interpersonal skills to work well in a team
- Degree is an advantage but not essential

Role Overview
- As the Social Media Specialist, you will implement social media communications for our Marketing strategy.
- You will manage and support brand led and home specific social media channels including planning advertising campaigns and creating social media post templates.
- This is a hybrid role working from home and visiting the office in Finsbury Square, London once a week, with frequent visits to care homes and hospitals across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Write social media templates for care home admins to use on their pages including community engagement and brand led templates.
- Write and schedule weekly posts through social media management tools.
- Produce weekly social media round ups and monthly social media reports.
- Work with social media agency to plan, execute and deliver advertising campaigns to drive interest.
- Utilise data from CRM to better target potential customers through social advertising.
- Liaise with Customer Service Manager and PR team to support on social or PR issues.
- Assist with ad hoc digital projects, campaigns, initiatives, or events.
About You
- Proven marketing experience and management of brand profiles within social media including social advertising.
- Excellent written communications skills and experience of using Brandwatch (or similar) and social media monitoring tools.
- Experience of utilising data from CRM platforms to improve targeting of social media campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and can do approach, happy to turn hand to a range of tasks.

- Full of initiative with interpersonal skills to work well in a team.
