Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Create and maintain social media content calendars across all relevant platforms
- Plan, create, publish, and optimize content across all social media platforms
- Manage day to day social media activities and content schedules
- Drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics
- Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Administration, or any related field
- 2 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
- Proven experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling abilities

Accountabilities
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Content Creation & Management: Create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, videos, graphics, and campaigns.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, launches, and events.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics.
- Brand Reputation & Compliance: Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with marketing, communications, commercial, customer engagement, operations, and other departments.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing are an advantage.
- 2 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
