- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Design high quality social media posts, stories, reels covers, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Create branding assets, marketing collateral, and digital graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns
- Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and design work
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design software
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
