Role Overview

  • We are looking for a strategic, creative, and marketing driven Social Media Specialist who understands how content builds brands, drives authority, and generates measurable business growth.
  • This role goes beyond writing. It requires research, strategic thinking, platform expertise, creative direction, execution ownership, and performance accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media and content strategies aligned with brand positioning, audience insights, and business objectives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend mapping to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, seasonal trends, and performance insights.
  • Plan, create, and execute content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest) with strong platform specific understanding.
  • Adapt tone and messaging by platform — B2B positioning for LinkedIn, trend based short form for TikTok, search optimized scripts for YouTube, etc.
  • Create high performing reel scripts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with strong hooks, retention strategies, storytelling structure, and conversion focused CTAs.
  • Write engaging podcast scripts, episode outlines, and structured conversation flows.
  • Provide clear script direction during shoots — including tone, visual flow, scene transitions, and on camera delivery guidance.
  • Source and coordinate influencers, creators, and models for shoots — including outreach, shortlisting, and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly social media performance reports, along with forward looking content plans and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in marketing principles, brand positioning, and conversion psychology.
  • Proven experience in copywriting for multi platform social media management.
  • Strong creative thinking with innovative, out of the box ideas.
  • Ownership mindset with proactive execution.
  • Understanding of basic design principles is a strong plus.
  • Strong team collaboration and cross functional coordination skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support a range of responsibilities within the wider marketing team.

Pay

  • AED 5,000 AED 7,500 per month
