- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new initiatives to improve engagement and reach
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content creation, photography, and videography
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage
