- Promote and demonstrate automotive products to customers
- Identify customer needs
- Achieve daily, weekly, leads generation targets
- Provide accurate product information, features, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain attractive product displays
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display area
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, lubricants, or vehicle related products is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales driven with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
