We are looking for a creative and performance-driven **Social Media Marketing Expert** to manage and grow our digital presence.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in running paid ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage **paid advertising campaigns** on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat
- Develop high-converting **ad creatives, captions, and content strategies**
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for **maximum ROI, CTR, and conversions**
- Handle **audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies**
- Analyze campaign performance and provide **weekly reports with insights**
- Manage and grow social media pages with consistent, engaging content
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and videos
Requirements
- Proven experience in **Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads**
- Strong understanding of **performance marketing and lead generation**
- Experience in **content creation, reels, and short-form video strategy**
- Ability to analyze data and make **data-driven decisions**
- Knowledge of **A/B testing, funnel strategy, and pixel tracking**
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Experience in **e-commerce or perfume industry** is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
