Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned to brand and campaign goals
- Write engaging captions and copy; coordinate visuals and short form video
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and grow the audience
- Track social performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and lower cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Build and test audiences, creatives, and ad copy; run A/B tests to improve results
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Analyse campaign data and optimise continuously for leads, sales, and ROAS
- Report on key metrics — spend, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS — with clear insights and next steps
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing
- Ability to create engaging content and manage ad campaigns
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance

About the Role

- This is a hands on role for someone creative enough to make content people engage with, and analytical enough to turn ad spend into leads, sales, and growth.
- You'll own our social channels end to end and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
