Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Social Media Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Develop engaging reels, stories, posts, captions, and trending content aligned with the company’s branding
  • Create graphic design materials and social media posts for projects, property listings, team announcements, events, and company branding
  • Increase social media followers, engagement, reach, and overall online presence
  • Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars
  • Run paid and organic social media campaigns for property listings and project launches
  • Generate and monitor leads from social media advertisements and campaigns
  • Coordinate with agents and management for property promotions, launches, events, and announcements
  • Coordinate with developers and project management teams for property shooting schedules, access, permits, and content collaboration
  • Organize and manage property photoshoots and videography for developer projects and listings
  • Capture or organize photo/video content for properties, team activities, and events
  • Stay updated with real estate, social media, and content trends to keep content relevant and competitive
  • Monitor analytics, insights, and campaign performance to improve results
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and brand awareness goals

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation
  • Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social media analytics
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of trends and audience engagement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily content targets
  • Real estate experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
