Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process
- Prospect and follow up with leads
- Prepare and present property proposals
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and buyers
- Maintain up to date market knowledge on local and off plan opportunities
- Negotiate terms and prices
- Advise clients on investment options and legal requirements
- Ensure all documentation, listings, and marketing materials are accurate and compliant
- Collaborate with internal teams to support training initiatives and improve client experience
Requirements
- Strong real estate knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property within the UAE market
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions
- Effective Negotiation capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and client focused mindset
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and digital marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE real estate is preferred
- Relevant certification or diploma in real estate, business, or a related field is beneficial

- Spike Vista Real Estate is a boutique brokerage based in Abu Dhabi, serving clients across the UAE and international markets.
- The firm specializes in residential and commercial sales, off plan investment opportunities, luxury and branded properties, and comprehensive property marketing and listing services.
Role Description
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing.
- Prospect and follow up with leads, prepare and present property proposals.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and buyers.
- Maintain up to date market knowledge on local and off plan opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong real estate knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property within the UAE market.

- Effective Negotiation capabilities to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients or team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and client focused mindset.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and digital marketing tools.
