Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow the company’s online presence across various social media platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage company accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and advertisements.
  • Design and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and sales teams to create marketing materials.
  • Improve brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Generate leads and support sales through digital marketing activities.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Optimize social media strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is preferred.
  • Ability to create creative marketing campaigns and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Video editing and content creation skills.
  • SEO and digital advertising knowledge.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Understanding of branding and customer engagement strategies.
  • Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
