NAEL Marketing is seeking a Social Media Manager or Executive to create ideas, campaigns, stories, and measurable results for clients.
The role provides access to production, design, content creation, media buying, and other supporting teams and tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop social media strategies for clients.
- Create campaign concepts and executable big ideas.
- Manage multiple accounts and clients simultaneously.
- Lead content planning and content calendars.
- Write creative briefs and guide the team.
- Work with design, production, content, and media-buying teams.
- Track execution from the initial idea through publication.
- Prepare performance reports that explain results, causes, and next steps.
- Analyze data, insights, and account performance to identify issues and opportunities.
- Share analysis with other departments to support better decisions.
- Turn findings into actionable recommendations for campaigns and client service.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across platforms.
Ideal Profile
- The ideal candidate has an agency mindset and is creative, organized, fast-moving, and data-driven.
- The role requires managing multiple clients and deadlines without compromising quality.
- The candidate should be able to lead a team, handle work pressure, and avoid repetitive content.
Preferred Experience and Portfolio
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is highly advantageous.
- Applicants should provide strong examples of campaigns, strategies, big ideas, or measurable account improvements.
