Role Overview
NAEL Media is seeking two Sales & Business Development Executives to join its team.
The role focuses on selling digital marketing and advertising solutions to qualified business leads.
The position is based at the company's office in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Qualify company leads and conduct sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client businesses, goals, audiences, competitors, and growth challenges.
- Assess client digital presence and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Sell digital marketing services and manage the full sales cycle through negotiation and closing.
- Prepare customized commercial proposals and handle objections through a clear decision.
- Manage the sales pipeline, update the CRM, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Prepare client briefs for Account Management and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Media Buying, and Website Development teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years of sales and business development experience.
