- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (photos, reels, stories) for property listings, projects, and company branding
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Visit properties and sites to capture content on location
- Stay on top of real estate and social media trends, and proactively suggest new content ideas and campaigns
- Collaborate with sales team to highlight listings, agents, and client success stories
- Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what's working
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or content creation
- Creative eye and ability to make spaces look compelling on camera
- Proactive mindset with ability to spot opportunities and act without direction
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Reels/TikTok style content)
- Comfortable working on site and traveling to properties regularly
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement drivers
- Based in or able to commute to DIP, Dubai

About the Role
- We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes real estate marketing.
- This is an on site role based in DIP, working closely with our sales team to bring listings, projects, and brand to life across social media.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (photos, reels, stories) for property listings, projects, and company branding.
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Visit properties and sites to capture content on location.
- Stay on top of real estate and social media trends, and proactively suggest new content ideas and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to highlight listings, agents, and client success stories.
- Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what's working.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or content creation (required).
- A creative eye — you can make even the simplest space look compelling on camera.
- Proactive mindset — you spot opportunities and act on them, without waiting for direction.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Reels/TikTok style content).
- Comfortable working on site and traveling to properties/sites regularly.
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what drives engagement.
- Based in or able to commute to DIP, Dubai.
