- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism and excellence
- Work closely with senior management to support the continued expansion of LOKHS Real Estate
- Play a key role in building one of Dubai’s most respected real estate brands
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Proven leadership experience within a Dubai real estate brokerage
- Demonstrated success in building, managing and growing high performing sales teams
- Strong recruitment, coaching and performance management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s secondary, off plan and leasing markets
- RERA certification preferred

Job Overview
- LOKHS Real Estate is looking for an exceptional Sales Director to lead, inspire and drive the growth of our secondary, off plan and leasing divisions.
