Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
- Create engaging, trend driven, and creative content
- Generate innovative content ideas, viral concepts, and campaign activations
- Plan, manage, and oversee content production, including Reels, TikTok videos, photo shoots, and influencer collaborations
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Executive and Videographer, ensuring high quality content delivery
- Work closely with designers, retail, and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep LETOILE ahead of the market
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of all campaigns
- Support store openings, beauty events, seasonal campaigns, and special activations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of social media management experience in the UAE (beauty, fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
- Ability to think outside the box and consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas
- Experience creating highly engaging short form video content
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
