In the UAE, LETOILE is actively expanding across key retail destinations, including Dubai Festival City Mall, Abu Dhabi Mall, City Centre Al Zahia, Sahara Centre, Manar Mall and Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain.

The brand is also present in Qatar at City Center Doha, supporting its wider GCC growth strategy.

LETOILE is known for its curated beauty assortment, premium fragrance portfolio, customer-focused retail experience and in-store beauty activations.

Our events include Beauty Weekends, beauty masterclasses, influencer visits, gift-with-purchase activities, charm bars, henna stations, mascot performances, giveaways and other interactive beauty experiences.

We are now looking for freelance / service contract event support candidates to help us deliver engaging, premium and memorable customer experiences across our stores.

· Manage the Charm Bar station during in-store events.

· Assist customers with selecting and assembling charms or personalization elements.

· Explain the activity to customers in a friendly and engaging way.

· Keep the station clean, organized and visually attractive.

· Monitor materials and inform the team when replenishment is needed.

· Support giveaways, gift personalization and event engagement.

· Follow event briefing and brand presentation guidelines.

· Coordinate with the event manager and store team during setup and execution.

· Support selected events in other UAE branches when required.

· UAE-based candidates only.

· **Own visa / self-sponsored status is required.**

· Candidates based in Al Ain are strongly preferred.

· Female and male candidates are welcome to apply.

· Experience in events, retail activations, gifting, craft stations, beauty retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred.

· Creative, neat and detail-oriented.

· Comfortable interacting with customers.

· Able to manage a small activity station independently.

· Flexible to work during weekends and event days.

· Available for occasional travel to other UAE branches.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
