Job Summary

RG Group is looking for a professional, organized, and creative Social Media Manager cum Personal Assistant to support daily business operations and manage the company’s digital presence.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, content coordination, communication, scheduling, and administrative support.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain RG Group’s social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams for content creation
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
  • Stay updated with social media trends and industry updates

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders
  • Handle emails, calls, and daily correspondence professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents when required
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in social media management and administrative support
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva, and basic content tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate industry is an advantage
  • Basic photography, video editing, or content creation skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotions
