We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage our online presence across multiple platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand storytelling to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories)
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for campaigns and launches
- Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Ability to stay updated with digital trends and platform updates
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies
