Overview

Is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and smooth administrative functioning.

This role manages staff, coordinates clinic activities, ensures regulatory compliance, monitors budgets, and supports patient satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
  • Ensure excellent patient service and patient satisfaction
  • Manage appointment systems, patient records, and front-desk operations
  • Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and operational KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Manage inventory, medical supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support financial processes including budgeting, billing oversight, and expense control
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to improve service delivery
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in clinic, healthcare, or medical office management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

  • 3–5 years of healthcare or clinic management experience
  • Experience with insurance billing and healthcare compliance
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems
