Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in social media management, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience developing and managing organic social campaigns for brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Excellent content planning, copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities
- Confident presenting ideas and recommendations to clients

The Role
- Assembly is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Dubai team, leading the day to day management and growth of organic social activity across a portfolio of regional and global clients.
- This role will be responsible for developing social strategies, creating content plans, managing communities, identifying cultural opportunities and helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars and publishing schedules.

- Lead community management and identify proactive and reactive engagement opportunities.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends and creator culture.

About You
