We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to be based in Dubai as part of the growth of our Media & Client Experience team.
This role will be central to managing client relationships, driving strategic media initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, media partners, and finance.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and internal teams.
- Lead the coordination and execution of integrated media campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Translate client business goals into clear briefs, timelines, and actionable media strategies.
- Collaborate with media, strategy, and creative teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet client KPIs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and financial workflows including vendor payments, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Drive internal status meetings, client calls, and reporting with clarity, structure, and purpose.
- Develop client presentations and decks, owning the narrative and storytelling behind the work.
- Proactively spot opportunities to optimise campaigns and strengthen client partnerships.
- Support the management and mentorship of junior team members to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
- Keep an eye on market trends and innovations to bring fresh thinking to the table.
Qualifications
- A relationship-builder who thrives in client-facing environments and knows how to balance diplomacy with assertiveness.
- Experience in a media, digital marketing, or integrated agency environment.
- Strong understanding of paid media (search, social, display) and performance-driven marketing in B2B or tech-led industries.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots between media, message, and business impact.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams — from finance and operations to creative and media — with calm and control.
- An excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and steer conversations with confidence.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across creative, data, media, and finance.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Slides, Excel, media platforms, and project management software.
- A team player with leadership qualities who uplifts the people around them.
- A curious mind who brings energy, initiative, and solutions to the table.
