Our customers are organisers of shows, concerts, and large music festivals, as well as fans of live music.
In the UAE, our focus is on Live Music Events, Activities, Theme parks, Brunches, Conferences, Theatre Shows, and Trade Shows.
Job Brief
We are looking for a creative Social Media Intern to support our Social Media, Communications, and Shoot Production efforts in Dubai!
This role is ideal for someone who is creatively inclined, highly organized, and excited to gain hands-on experience across content creation, brand communication, and on-ground shoot execution.
Applicants must have a strong command of the English language, be excellent communicators with their team, and adhere to professional standards, in addition to having their qualifications and/or experience.
Applicants will be required to submit demos of their work for review as part of the application process.
General Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (images, short videos) for all major social media platforms to increase TF’s brand awareness.
- Brainstorm engagement ideas for social media projects/campaigns.
- Curate social media content for events, stand-alone campaigns, and other projects.
- Provide suggestions to improve customer experience on social platforms.
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all aspects of our services.
- Schedule content to be published on social media at ideal times.
- Assist with monitoring the social media channels and activities.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where required.
- Track basic performance metrics and assist in reporting.
- Work alongside Sales, Social Media, and Editorial teams to accomplish daily tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- A strong portfolio with making graphics, image editing, and social media posts for content.
- In-depth working knowledge of all social media platforms.
- Up to date with popular culture, the content ecosystem, emerging trends, and design styles.
- Ability to research and help improve engagement and increase followers on social media platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
