About the Role
The Ticket Fairy is looking for Customer Support Interns to join their team in Dubai. You will respond to customer queries via email and chat, update internal databases, monitor social media complaints, and escalate technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email and chat
- Update internal databases with information on technical issues and useful customer discussions
- Provide support for global event goers
- Listen to customer concerns and complaints to identify causes of problems using various tools
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist
- Refer advanced cases to management for resolution with thorough background information
- Identify and escalate technical issues through relevant channels and follow through to resolution
- Continuous training and development in the use of our platform and multiple different platforms
- Keep consistent logs to provide sufficient handover and notes to colleagues on different shifts
- Constantly track instant updates on live changes to events and keep colleagues informed
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Support or a similar CS role
- Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent grammar
- Able to learn the use of our platform and multiple different platforms to provide support
- Familiarity with our industry is a bonus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Multi tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
