About the Company

  • The brand seeks to support the proliferation of live entertainment culture, with a focus on urban, underground, and bass music.
  • In the UAE, focus is on Live Music Events, Activities, Theme Parks, Brunches, Conferences, Theatre Shows, and Trade Shows.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email and chat.
  • Update our internal databases with information on technical issues and useful customer discussions.
  • Providing support for Global event goers.
  • Listen to customer concerns and complaints to identify the causes of the problem using various tools.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist.
  • Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing thorough background information.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues through the relevant channels and follow through to resolution.
  • Continuous training and development in the use of our platform and multiple different platforms.
  • Keep consistent logs to provide sufficient handover and notes to colleagues working on different shifts.
  • Constantly track instant updates on live changes to events and keep colleagues informed.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Support or a similar CS role.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent grammar.
  • Able to learn the use of our platform and use multiple different platforms to provide support.
  • Learn our company language style and ‘voice’ in order to properly represent our brand character.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a bonus.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers at all times.
  • Multi tasking abilities.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
