Job Description
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Executive to manage the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling social media accounts, content creation, basic photography/videography, editing, and performance reporting, while coordinating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Manage and update company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Indeed
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and job postings
- Handle employer branding and recruitment posts on LinkedIn and Indeed
- Capture basic photos and videos for social media and company use
- Perform basic photo and video editing for social media content
- Design magazine advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials, and prepare artwork files ready for printing
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with management for content approvals and posting schedules
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting
- Support overall branding and marketing activities
- Experience in corporate / construction / FM / service industry social media
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and digital marketing basics
- Strong reporting, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
