- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, visual identity, and compliance guidelines
- Support paid campaign launches and assist in community management during activations and events
- Monitor and engage with audiences, responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Track social trends and identify opportunities for real time engagement or topical content
- Assist in managing influencer collaborations and user generated content initiatives
- Track social media performance metrics using platform insights and analytics tools
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth and optimization
- Monitor competitors and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within finance, technology, or agency environments
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics
- Proficiency in social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with attention to tone and detail

Role Overview

- The ideal candidate is passionate about content, trends, and analytics — with the ability to craft compelling narratives, engage communities, and support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work with social media agency to plan, schedule, and publish daily social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assist in developing and implementing monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and regional teams to create engaging multimedia content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, visual identity, and compliance guidelines.
- Support paid campaign launches and assist in community management during activations and events.
- Monitor and engage with audiences, responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Track social trends and identify opportunities for real time engagement or topical content.
- Assist in managing influencer collaborations and user generated content initiatives, including brief creation and results tracking.
- Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, etc.) using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth and optimization, including benchmarking against key competitors.
- Monitor competitors and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within finance, technology, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
- Proficiency in social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) is a plus.
- Creative, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
