- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create engaging visual and written content, including reels, stories, graphics, and short videos
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content relevant
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain strong community engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) to support campaigns and promotions
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) when required
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners for promotional activities
- Track, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ability to create engaging visual and written content
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
