Responsibilities
- Plan and build engaging social media content calendars. Write compelling copy and coordinate with graphic designers or videographers for visual assets.
- Monitor direct messages, respond to comments, and moderate user generated content to nurture audience loyalty and resolve customer inquiries.
- Help plan and execute organic and paid social media advertising campaigns. Monitor budgets and audience targeting to maximize reach and conversion.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, and click through rates. Deliver weekly or monthly reports to adapt future marketing strategies.
- Keep a pulse on industry news, algorithm updates, and viral trends to position the brand proactively online.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands on experience handling corporate social media accounts or working in a digital marketing agency
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and social analytics/ads platforms
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, high creativity, and a strong understanding of online consumer behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic language
