Responsibilities
- Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best option for each travel need
- Make all arrangements and reservations as requested within approved travel reasons and budget limits
- Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate clients
- Obtain approval from Management for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits
- Advise travelers of and assist with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports
- Monitor and facilitate the use of company air travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and other rewards programs
- Process payments, refunds, quotations, invoices
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience working in travel related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, Russian and English
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree
- Previous training and experience with travel/booking software
- Strong working knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Excellent decision making skills with ability to assess multiple options
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related travel booking software

Job Overview
- We are looking for an Inbound Travel Consultant who can join immediately and with at least 2 years’ experience working in travel related industry.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.

Required Skills/Abilities

- Previous training and experience with travel/booking software. Strong working knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

- Preferably female.
