About the Role
Shory, a digital insurance platform, is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media and digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and campaign goals
- Manage day to day social media activities, monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster online community growth
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal stakeholders to produce high quality digital content
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness initiatives, events, and lead generation activities
- Maintain and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery
- Track, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics
- Monitor key performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, click through rates, conversions, and follower growth
- Recommend and implement data driven improvements to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness
- Support broader marketing initiatives including email marketing, employer branding, events, and cross channel campaigns
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors to execute marketing activities and campaigns
- Ensure all communications comply with brand standards, copyright regulations, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Experience managing and executing multi channel digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing content
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SEO, paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and digital campaign optimization is an advantage
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail
