Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Coordinate product photography, videography, and content creation activities
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community
- Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, seasonal campaigns, and corporate gifting solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Ability to create high quality photo and video content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in food, confectionery, bakery, chocolate, retail, or luxury products industry is an advantage
