Responsibilities
- Develop and create new chocolate products, fillings, pralines, truffles, bars, and seasonal collections
- Lead research and development (R&D) for innovative chocolate concepts and flavors
- Manage daily chocolate production operations and ensure consistent product quality
- Design and standardize recipes, production methods, and quality control procedures
- Perform chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, panning, and decorative techniques
- Source and evaluate chocolate ingredients, fillings, nuts, fruits, and specialty ingredients
- Train, mentor, and supervise chocolatiers and production staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with management on new product launches and special projects
- Stay updated on global chocolate trends, techniques, and market innovations
Requirements
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience as a Chocolatier, Senior Chocolatier, Head Chocolatier, or Executive Chocolatier
- Proven experience in creating and developing new chocolate products from concept to production
- Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, panning, fillings, ganache production, and decoration techniques
- Experience in artisan, premium, or commercial chocolate manufacturing
- Ability to lead a team and manage production schedules
- Strong creativity and innovation skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage
- Experience in product costing and recipe standardization is an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chocolatier to lead our chocolate production and product development department.
- This role is ideal for a highly skilled chocolate professional passionate about creating new chocolate products, developing unique recipes, and upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
