Role Overview

  • The Little Birdy Group is home to a portfolio of leading family and baby brands, helping parents navigate every stage of their parenting journey.
  • As we continue to scale our ecommerce business, we're looking for a commercially driven Social Media & CRM Executive to own three key growth channels: Instagram, TikTok Shop and Klaviyo.
  • This is not a generalist social media role. We are looking for someone with proven hands on experience across all three platforms who can demonstrate how they have driven engagement, customer acquisition and revenue.
  • You will be responsible for planning, creating and executing content, social commerce and email marketing campaigns that directly contribute to brand growth and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Instagram content strategy.
  • Create engaging Reels, Stories and Feed content.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Manage community engagement and customer interactions.
  • Grow audience engagement and follower acquisition through organic strategies.
  • Track performance and continuously optimise content.
  • Manage and optimise TikTok Shop on a daily basis.
  • Create TikTok first content designed to drive sales.
  • Build and execute TikTok Shop promotional campaigns.
  • Work with creators and affiliates to drive revenue.
  • Optimise product listings, merchandising and conversion rates.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing Instagram for a consumer facing brand.
  • Proven hands on experience managing TikTok Shop and delivering measurable sales results.
  • Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, including campaign creation, segmentation and automation flows.
  • Experience creating high performing short form video content.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience working within an ecommerce business.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Baby, parenting, food, FMCG or lifestyle brand experience.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Influencer and affiliate marketing experience.
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut experience.
  • Experience working with paid social teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within your first 12 months you will: Grow engagement and reach across Instagram.
  • Increase TikTok Shop sales and creator partnerships.
  • Improve email revenue through Klaviyo campaigns and automation.
  • Deliver measurable growth across customer acquisition and retention.
