Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and profitability targets
- Manage relationships with key retail customers, distributors, wholesalers, and e commerce partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, listings, and annual trading terms
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand distribution and market penetration
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market insights
- Develop and execute annual brand plans in collaboration with brand principals
- Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, sampling initiatives, and consumer activations
- Ensure brand positioning, messaging, and visual standards are maintained across all channels
- Drive distribution growth across modern trade, pharmacy, specialty retail, and e commerce channels
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
- Manage budgets and track promotional spend
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, brand management, or commercial roles
- Proven experience working within a distribution business
- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC retail landscape
- Demonstrated success managing FMCG brands and driving sales growth
- Experience managing customer relationships and commercial negotiations
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
- Experience working with major UAE retailers (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Choithrams) and e commerce platforms (Noon, Deliveroo, Talabat)
- Experience within infant nutrition, food, beverage, health, wellness, or consumer goods categories
- Existing network of retail and distribution contacts within the GCC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Role Overview
- We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Sales & Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of our portfolio of FMCG brands across the UAE and wider GCC region.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, executing brand strategies, and ensuring the successful distribution and visibility of our brands across retail and e commerce channels.
- This role requires a hands on professional with strong FMCG experience, a proven background in distribution, and the ability to work closely with both brand principals and retail customers to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
