- Develop a complete monthly content strategy and editorial calendar
- Create mood boards and creative concepts for campaigns and weekly content
- Plan all weekly and monthly shoots in advance
- Coordinate the production team, including videographers, photographers, editors, graphic designers, and marketing staff
- Prepare shot lists and content briefs before every shoot
- Brainstorm and develop new content ideas that align with the brand
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms
- Stay up to date with social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
- Work closely with doctors and management to plan educational, promotional, and patient journey content
- Review content before publishing to ensure it meets brand standards
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content strategy, creative planning, or content management
- Portfolio demonstrating experience managing and planning content for Instagram or other social media platforms
- Strong understanding of Instagram, content planning, and audience engagement
- Experience creating monthly content calendars and production schedules
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with creative teams
- Basic understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content production
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, or luxury brands is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is a plus

Role Overview
- We are a premium cosmetic and dental brand based in Dubai, focused on creating high quality patient experiences and producing content that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- We are looking for an experienced Social Media Creative Director who will take ownership of our social media content strategy and lead our content production process from planning to execution.
- This is not a traditional social media manager role.

Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
