About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dental Technician – Waxer to join our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in manual waxing for dental restorations and experience in pressing and fitting digitally fabricated restorations.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual waxing for crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, implant restorations, veneers, and partial dentures
- Carve and contour wax patterns to accurately replicate natural tooth anatomy, occlusion, and marginal fit
- Handle printed wax restorations, including pressing and fitting, ensuring proper adaptation and making necessary adjustments
- Prepare wax ups for casting, pressing, milling, or ceramic application in accordance with laboratory protocols
- Apply anatomical details, contours, and surface textures to produce functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations
- Inspect wax patterns and printed restorations to ensure accuracy, occlusion, marginal integrity, and compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with ceramists, CAD/CAM technicians, and other laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely case completion
- Modify restorations based on dentist prescriptions, feedback, or technical requirements
Requirements
- Valid DHA License as a Dental Technician
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Dental Technician
- Strong knowledge of dental laboratory procedures, materials, and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced laboratory environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Dental Technician – Waxer to join our dental laboratory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manual Waxing & Printed Wax Processing: Perform manual waxing for crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, implant restorations, veneers, and partial dentures.
- Carve and contour wax patterns to accurately replicate natural tooth anatomy, occlusion, and marginal fit.
- Handle printed wax restorations, including pressing and fitting, ensuring proper adaptation and making necessary adjustments to achieve accurate fit, function, and aesthetics.
- Prepare wax ups for casting, pressing, milling, or ceramic application in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Detailing: Apply anatomical details, contours, and surface textures to produce functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations.
- Inspect wax patterns and printed restorations to ensure accuracy, occlusion, marginal integrity, and compliance with laboratory quality standards before final processing.
- Collaborate with ceramists, CAD/CAM technicians, and other laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely case completion.

Qualifications
