Responsibilities
- Own and manage FansPass's organic social channels end to end across Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms
- Develop and execute a cohesive organic social strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Ideate and produce culturally relevant, platform native content tapping into live events, sports, concerts, and entertainment
- Stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for timely reactive content
- Shoot, edit, and produce short form video content using self shot footage, UGC, or provided assets
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and share of voice
- Own community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, partnerships, PR, and creative teams
- Build and manage the content calendar balancing planned campaigns, evergreen content, and real time opportunities
- Serve as the internal expert and evangelist for organic social
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy, ideally at an e commerce brand
- Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is a strong plus
- Strong organization skills with experience managing a content calendar across multiple platforms
- Hands on content creation experience including shooting and editing short form video
- Sharp editorial instincts and a distinctive writing voice
- Data first mindset with fluency in platform analytics

About the Role
- FansPass is looking for an Organic Social Media Strategist to own and reimagine our organic social presence from the ground up
- From hosting an Instagram live at an event to responding to fans on X to developing a TikTok content series
- Reports to the Director of Growth and works cross functionally with content, creative, PR, fan support, and beyond
What you'll do

What you have
- 4+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy, ideally at an e commerce brand
- Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is a strong plus

- Strong organization skills with experience managing a content calendar across multiple platforms
- Fluent in internet culture
- A genuine passion for live entertainment and sports
- A data first mindset
- Strong interpersonal and cross functional communication skills
