- Someone highly knowledgeable about social media algorithms
- Passionate about creating engaging and viral content
- Updated with current trends, reels, sounds, hashtags, and audience behavior
- Creative thinker with strong ideas for content strategies
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other platforms
- Can help grow audience reach and engagement organically
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas
Responsibilities
- Create and suggest content ideas for Kham
- Assist in planning and posting social media content
- Monitor trends and viral strategies
- Help improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility
- Participate in shoots, editing, and creative campaigns
- Analyze what type of content performs best
