- Oversee daily operations of the exhibition center and ensure smooth event execution
- Supervise staff, manage schedules and ensure high quality customer service
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and internal team
- Cash Collection and other related activities
- Coordinate with designers, brands, and exhibitors to ensure proper setup
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards
- Handle visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee logistics such as booth arrangements, lighting, and display aesthetics
- Prepare daily reports on attendance, sales, and operational challenges
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the exhibition
- Monitor inventory of exhibition materials and supplies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Event Management, or related field preferred
- 3 5 years’ experience in operations or event/exhibition management
- Prior experience in exhibitions, retail supervision, or events
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Position Overview
