- Plan, shoot, and edit high performing short form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts) tailored to each brand and platform
- Provide real time social media coverage of events, activations, and launches, including on site filming, live posting, and behind the scenes content
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Stay ahead of platform trends, audio, formats, and features to keep content fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to ensure content supports the wider campaign vision
- Optimize content for reach and engagement, and support performance reviews with basic analytics
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets across multiple client accounts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating social media video content, ideally in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating reels, short form video, and event coverage
- Solid videography skills (camera or smartphone) with a strong sense of framing, lighting, and pacing
- Deep, up to date knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube algorithms and trends
- Ability to work fast under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
