- Experience in identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts and negotiating contracts or proposals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or project management, ideally in a similar industry
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments while also managing individual responsibilities autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for an Account Manager at Nithar, located in Riyadh.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
- This role will also involve working closely with cross functional teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meeting client expectations and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise throughout the course of the engagement.
- Project Coordination and Management: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the progress of their projects.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster long term relationships with clients through consistent communication, regular check ins, and proactive service, identifying opportunities to add value and enhance client satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth by upselling or cross selling relevant services. Proactively approach clients with new solutions and strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Provide necessary feedback and guidance to team members based on client interactions and project requirements.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential issues or risks in the project lifecycle and work with internal teams and clients to develop and implement solutions before problems escalate.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications, project timelines, and financial aspects. Provide regular reports on account status, project progress, and financial performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Client Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Project Management Skills: Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts and negotiating contracts or proposals to meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Experience in the Industry or Related Field: Previous experience in account management, client relations, or project management, ideally in a similar industry or related field.
- Team Player with Independent Work Ability: Ability to collaborate across multiple departments while also managing individual responsibilities autonomously.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
