Social Media & Content Creator (Part-Time)

Role overview

What you will do

• Shoot and edit videos and photos from matches, events, and daily club activity.
• Design posts and stories using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage Instagram posting, stories, and day-to-day engagement.
• Reach out to and host padel and lifestyle influencers and coordinate scheduling with coaches and management.
• Bring content ideas to management and help plan promotions.
• Capture tournaments, social events, and influencer visits and encourage guests to share and tag the club.

Who we are looking for

• Outgoing and comfortable approaching people and starting conversations.
• Enjoys creating and posting content rather than only consuming it.
• Confident shooting on a phone camera and quick to spot a good moment.
• Has an eye for design and consistent branding.
• Comfortable pitching collaborations and agreeing deliverables with influencers.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or post analytics is a bonus.

Schedule and location

• Approximately 20 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.
• Based at the Club Padel Dubai facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 5,500 to AED 8,000 per month based on experience.
• Commission is available on sponsorships and coaching hours generated.
• Club phone and equipment are provided for content creation.
• Free court access is available during off-peak hours.
• The role offers room to grow into a fuller marketing position.
