Front Desk Receptionist – Club Padel Dubai

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage bookings, enquiries, calls, and messages.
• Assist customers with courts, coaching, events, and club services.
• Promote and upsell pro-shop products, memberships, and club services.
• Handle payments and basic front-desk administration.
• Keep reception organized and help ensure the club runs smoothly.
• Work closely with coaches, restaurant staff, and management.

What the employer is looking for

• Previous customer-service experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, or sports is required.
• Strong English and communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• A sales mentality is required, not just reception experience.
• Candidates should be comfortable with computers and booking systems.
• Candidates should be organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• A professional appearance and attitude are required.
• Padel or sports-club experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Compensation

• The package is AED 3,000–3,500 per month depending on experience.
• Benefits include visa, insurance, and staff discounts.
