About the Role
TripsSource is seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally minded Social Media Associate to develop and manage social media presence across its brands.
The role focuses on creating engaging content, growing online communities, strengthening brand awareness, and presenting products, destinations, and experiences through digital stories.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social channels.
- Create social media strategies, content strategies, and consistent content calendars.
- Produce posts, Reels, Stories, short-form videos, photos, and other digital content.
- Write platform-specific captions and social media copy.
- Develop creative concepts around products, services, destinations, and experiences.
- Monitor trends and engage with followers, comments, messages, and online communities.
- Support influencer, creator, brand, internal-team, and external-partner collaborations.
- Support paid social campaigns where required.
- Monitor performance, engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversions, and use analytics to improve results.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across channels.
