About the Role
Support travelers throughout the guest journey from first contact through post-trip follow-up.
Combine communication, coordination, and problem-solving to deliver a seamless, high-touch customer experience.
The position is suited to someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys client-facing work in travel and tourism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guest inquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about tour options, itineraries, and bookings.
- Follow up on pending bookings and support guests throughout the pre-travel journey.
- Manage dietary, language, mobility, and other special guest requests.
- Track live guest activity during tours and assist with real-time changes or issues.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and swift resolution.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment and smooth handover.
- Collect and manage post-travel feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
