• Premiere or Resolve, plus After Effects. Bonus for real sound design chops.
• Speed. Footage on Monday, options on Wednesday, live by Friday.
• Volume without a drop in quality. Some weeks are one hero cut. Some weeks are twenty.
• Producer instincts. You spot the story in the footage and pitch it, rather than waiting to be told.
• A point of view you will defend, and the grace to lose the argument and cut it the other way.
• Fluency in what makes people stop, save, and send.

• HOW TO APPLY
• Send a reel or three cuts you are proud of. Then find any Shark or Ninja demo video online, watch it, and tell us in a few sentences how you would recut it. Tell us the hook you would use instead. We read every one, and a good answer here matters more to us than your resume.
