Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Plan, curate, and produce high quality content calendars (including copy, visual layouts, Stories, and Reels).
- Launch, manage, and scale targeted advertising campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager.
- Create brief specs for graphic designers or leverage modern AI tools to generate high fidelity marketing assets.
- Build custom and lookalike audiences, install Meta Pixels, and continuously optimize for conversions.
- Monitor engagement metrics, track lead generation, and deliver comprehensive social media reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling both organic SMM and Meta paid advertising
- Portfolio showing aesthetic visual taste and solid paid social metrics
- Deep hands on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, budget optimization, and conversion tracking
- An eye for premium aesthetics, visual trends, and engaging video formats (Reels/Shorts)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Plan, curate, and produce high quality content calendars (including copy, visual layouts, Stories, and Reels).

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience handling both organic SMM and Meta paid advertising (a portfolio showing aesthetic visual taste and solid paid social metrics is mandatory).
- Deep hands on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
- An eye for premium aesthetics, visual trends, and engaging video formats (Reels/Shorts).
- Experience handling luxury, service based, or F&B/hospitality brands is a major plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
