Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Project or Account Manager in a digital marketing, creative, or web development agency
- Solid baseline understanding of digital marketing, web production, and SEO
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Russian is a strong asset

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end digital projects, from client onboarding and briefing to final delivery (web development, branding, integrated marketing campaigns).
- Coordinate internal workflows: assign tasks and manage deadlines for designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, presenting deliverables, managing expectations, and handling feedback professionally.
- Track project timelines, scopes, and resource allocation.
- Maintain clean organization within our workspace using task management tools and CRMs (Bitrix24 / Asana / Notion).
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Project or Account Manager in a digital marketing, creative, or web development agency.
- A solid baseline understanding of digital marketing, web production, and SEO to communicate effectively with both tech teams and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask across different project phases.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong asset for handling specific client portfolios.
